About me
There was a time in my life where I didn't recognize the man in the mirror.
Not physically… but internally.
I grew up in an environment where comparison was normal. Where it felt like no matter what I did… it was never enough. Add bullying on top of that, and you start to build a version of yourself that's constantly trying to prove something to everyone.
I wore "busy" like a badge of honour. I chased validation in all the wrong places. And if I'm being honest… I didn't even know who I really was.
But here's what I've learned…
When you spend your whole life trying to prove your worth, you end up building a life that looks good on the outside… but feels empty on the inside.
Chapter two
The shift
Becoming a dad changed everything.
Because for the first time… it wasn't just about me anymore.
I started asking myself harder questions:
- What kind of man do my kids see when they look at me?
- What example am I setting… not just with my words, but with my actions?
- Am I someone they'll want to become… or someone they'll have to recover from?
That's when fitness stopped being about aesthetics.
It became about identity. About discipline. About healing. About becoming the kind of man my family could rely on.
Chapter three
What I believe
I don't just coach workouts.
I help men rebuild themselves.
Because your body is just the surface. Underneath it is your mindset, your habits, your discipline… your story.
